The “ketone body beta-hydroxybutyrate (B-OHB)” is the first ketone our bodies make when entering ketosis, on the keto diet.
Why not make the fix for free in your own body?

So...huh?
Get fat, take a pill to think clearly and then what?
Zen peace with Kung Pao & Dominos?
Sounds like more researchers trying to justify their grants...

I have to agree that the study misses the boat by showing ketones help obese people think, but leaves it at that.
Your comment hits the nail on the head.

The most basic ketone is acetone. That will clean out most anything.

I have my moments.
Can’t be the ketones: I had a burger for lunch.

So where’s the “free” you mentioned in your headline?
To: mmichaels1970
Send me $39.95 for shipping and handling for your free beta-hydroxybutyrate (B-OHB).

You have to do a keto diet, then your body makes it for you for free.
For a limited time, only.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are the problems.
Intermittent fasting with one or two LOW CARB meals a day is better.

Oh. Then I suppose I'm already getting it for free then.

My ketones were 1.6 at midnight last night. I’ve been on the zero carb carnivore diet for three years.

r “hungry fat person” is NOT ‘logical thinker’
The hunger —or rather the cravings—come from the bacteria in the lower gut.
Much of obesity comes as a result of too much sugar and refined carbs in the diet. (refined carbs convert directly into sugar with zero nutritional benefits.)
Sugar is in nearly everything.
Breaking the sugar habit is harder than breaking out of alcoholism. Sugar and alcohol are two sides of the same coin.
You have to be vigilant when you go to the grocery stores.

a good case can be made for red wine because of the resveratrol in the red wine—but then only in moderation. but not for beer or hard liquor.
