Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are the problems.

Intermittent fasting with one or two LOW CARB meals a day is better.

The hunger —or rather the cravings—come from the bacteria in the lower gut.

Much of obesity comes as a result of too much sugar and refined carbs in the diet. (refined carbs convert directly into sugar with zero nutritional benefits.)

Sugar is in nearly everything.

Breaking the sugar habit is harder than breaking out of alcoholism. Sugar and alcohol are two sides of the same coin.

You have to be vigilant when you go to the grocery stores.
