You would think some type of suit -- civil (for damages) and/or criminal (for coercion/use of psychological force) -- is justified here ... both individually and as a class action.

The argument has been that a vaccine mandate differs from forced vaccination as the mandate does not force you to be vaccinated; instead, it just removes you from society until you are (some legal justification, huh?! I swear, people can contort the language to "justify" anything!) There simply has to be a civil rights violation here ... not under America's growing marxism but certainly under the laws of our Republic (while we still have a Republic).
