As a Big Broadcast fan it is your duty to "Murray Watch" when listening to the Big Broadcast. If/when you hear Murray needlessly injecting politics or cultural division into the Big Broadcast, or simply saying something stupid in general, go to the current show's page, click on the "Reach out to us" tab and file a complaint. It is worth your time to do this and you're protecting the integrity of the Big Broadcast.

It’s been a nice weekend here, too. No news is good news. :-) Fried shrimp sounds good! We’re having a couple of small beef tenderloins on the grill and twice-baked potatoes.

Status quo on the domestic front up there. No change, but radio silence, as well. Suits me. I actually feel liberated for some reason. Just got back from a day out and about with the missus. Went to the Cotton Pickin' Fair In Gay, GA. Jumpin' Jehoshaphat, it's huge. Hundreds of vendors. I wore off the rubber tip of my walking stick down to the brass ferrule. It was an amazing thing. Country decor, jewelry, even handmade furniture. Food vendors - hot dogs, roasted corn in the husk, drinks, grilled wings, a new brewery on the property, you name it. Her Fitbit said we walked over two miles, and we couldn't begin to see it all. Since we're in the process of getting rid of the clutter here, all we bought was a big bag of kettle corn they pop before your eyes. LOL Then we went to an antiques mall where she bought three more cast iron trivets to hang on the kitchen wall (she's proud of her trivet and cast iron collection). My great-grandmother's cast iron pancake skillet is hanging out there, the one she brought when she emigrated from Germany. We ended the day getting carry-out from Cracker Barrel, and skedaddled home for dinner and adult beverages. I am exhausted, but in a good way. My legs are already feeling the effects, and by Tuesday, they'll be calling me all sorts of profane names. LMAO All in all, it was the first good outing we've had in a year.
