You can take a package of ramen, and add shrimp, egg, sliced beef, sliced green onions, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, imitation crab meat and make it a cheap and healthy meal.
I cant tell you how many times I have done that.

Or skip the noodles altogether.
Chicken broth from a can or bouillon. Drop in a scrambled egg or two. Let cook in the broth while stirring. Add parmesan cheese if desired. Instant Italian stracciatella soup. Or Chinese egg drop soup, whatever you want to call it. Add whatever else you like.
