His disappearance is evidence of guilt. I won’t rush to judgement but that’s the way it works. He fled, maybe he killed himself. The whole think stinks.
Since this story has had so much attention in the media I’ve given it some thought. If he is found I bet he will say something like “she and I went west together to do a drug deal. It went bad and the drug dealers killed her. I fled and was afraid to admit I was involved in a drug deal” or some excuse like that.
Maybe he’s part of the search team. Apparently that’s a good way to remain missing.

Nah, heโs gonna say he did it just to piss off the thread police on FR
Like that drunk Turkish guy?...
LOL... exactly.
“His disappearance is evidence of guilt.”
I’m not certain that’s a legal standard...yet.

Air vacced out by take your pick.
It may or not be a legal standard. But it surely has been used in legal pleadings.
I believe Brian has secretly gotten together with OJ and the two of them are looking for the serial killer that murdered Nicole and Gabby!
If captured, and if they have hard evidence on him as a killer, he and his family will enfold him with a high-priced law firm and shrinks....and a plea of "not guilty (or no death sentence) due to a serious mental disorder" will be entered on his behalf.
Then again, the law may have little or no evidence on him, and they won't be able to prosecute him successfully at all.

“the law may have little or no evidence on him”
The “law” has yet to release a cause of death.
She dead,yup,how ??
Precisely. That's what I think too. This whole thread should be moved to the QAnon threads where the OJ angle can be investigated fully. Hopefully there will be some "Q Drops" to firm up the evidence.
Who knows. It is all speculation. I have no idea what evidence they have. What I have seen that is in the public domain, it is all circumstantial. So an excuse like that is somewhat predictable. Or as you said “temporary insanity” or even “an accident, but I know I look guilty”. That guy Robert Durst probably killed that neighbor in Texas (among other people) but he convinced a court his only crime was improper disposal of a body.
As a human, I cannot help my gut instinct that he’s guilty as hell. Which is another complicating factor if he’s ever brought to trial.
Can’t you just “Trusty the Plan” a little longer? Any day now, boom, zing, zwap! ๐คก
