actually not. There is a version of Pfizer that you cannot get, which is approved. The version you are offered is not approved.

Saying something is “legally equivalent” to Comirnaty are word games they are playing to fool the public.

Legally the FDA cannot approve anything that way. I have listened to many lawyers say that is the law. Furthermore, you cannot have an EUA if there is already an approved FDA drug. Thus, Morderna would no longer have liability protection and even be on the market. It would have to be removed.

It is “fully approved” under emergency use authorization only. But not fully approved as in a tested and approved drug.

Actually, the only approved Pfizer vacine is the one you can’t get. Bait and switch, you get the EUA vacine, for which Pfizer has no liability.

Full approval is BS. The FDA is just approving these jabs based on fake studies. There is no way they would have approved any of these jabs if Trump were still president.
