Saying something is “legally equivalent” to Comirnaty are word games they are playing to fool the public.

Legally the FDA cannot approve anything that way. I have listened to many lawyers say that is the law. Furthermore, you cannot have an EUA if there is already an approved FDA drug. Thus, Morderna would no longer have liability protection and even be on the market. It would have to be removed.

If you go to get the Pfizer vaccine now for your first or 2nd jab, you will get Comirnaty

“On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older.”
