“Your Aurender server must be connected to your router via a hard-wired Ethernet connection. Aurender servers do NOT have any WiFi connectivity (this is by design - most WiFi networks are unreliable and subject to drop-outs and limited bandwidth).”
“The suggested work arounds are to use an ethernet-over-powerline adapters such as the Netgear PLP2000 or a WiFi extender device with an ethernet port that is compatible with your router.”
BUT!!!
“However, there's another option to use a USB WiFi Adapter to create a standalone Aurender LAN which will facilitate communication between your Aurender and iOS/Android device for control via the Conductor App. This is a commonly used solution for exhibitors at audio trade shows, or for private users who are only interested in playing locally stored music files.”
“Here's how to use the USB WiFi Adapter method:
Plug a compatible USB WiFi Adapter into an available USB Data Port on the back of your Aurender.
On your iOS/Android device, go to your WiFi connection settings. You should now see a WiFi connection available that bears the same name as your Aurender, eg. “N100-xxyy”
Tap to connect to this WiFi LAN. The password will be “aurender12345”
You should now be able to connect to and control your Aurender.”

I was aware of the USB adapter....but was seeking recommendations of specific models that offer high performance.
Again, thanks for your reply as most of the previous were directed to PC connection.
btw, the Aurender N100 is an amazing digital “transport” that plays tracks from a SSD cache for best sound quality.
