I was aware of the USB adapter....but was seeking recommendations of specific models that offer high performance.

btw, the Aurender N100 is an amazing digital “transport” that plays tracks from a SSD cache for best sound quality.
I have had other audio hardware used for digital recording. The USB ports in them were for storage or transferring data they could not be used with wifi adapters.
