Conclusion: Two-dose ivermectin prophylaxis at a dose of 300 μg/kg with a gap of 72 hours was associated with a 73% reduction of SARS-CoV-2 infection among healthcare workers for the following month. Chemoprophylaxis has relevance in the containment of pandemic.

Conclusions:
Meta-analyses based on 18 randomized controlled treatment trials of ivermectin in COVID-19 have found large, statistically significant reductions in mortality, time to clinical recovery, and time to viral clearance. Furthermore, results from numerous controlled prophylaxis trials report significantly reduced risks of contracting COVID-19 with the regular use of ivermectin. Finally, the many examples of ivermectin distribution campaigns leading to rapid population-wide decreases in morbidity and mortality indicate that an oral agent effective in all phases of COVID-19 has been identified.

Introduction: The low frequency of cases and deaths from the SARS-CoV-2 COVID-19 virus in some countries of Africa has called our attention about the unusual behavior of this disease. The ivermectin is considered a drug of choice for various parasitic and viral diseases and shown to have in vitro effects against SARS-CoV-2.
Conclusions: The incidence in mortality rates and number of cases is significantly lower among the APOC countries compared to non-APOC countries. That a mass public health preventive campaign against COVID-19 may have taken place, inadvertently, in some African countries with massive community ivermectin use is an attractive hypothesis.

These are not NIH funded studies, at least by the intramural program in Bethesda. The first one was conducted exclusively by Indian investigators, in India.
The second was a meta-analysis of previously published data, from investigators across the US. Possibly some/all of these investigators may have some research support from the NIH extramural program, but it does not appear to be specifically funded for the generation of this work.
The third paper is data analyses of WHO data by a Columbian group.
All are published and catalogued by the National Library of Medicine in the PubMed system, thus the link via https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov. This is part of/associated with the NIH, and is physically housed on the Bethesda NIH campus. Papers catalogued within the system are not necessarily NIH studies.
