If you take lots of D3, take it in conjunction with extra K2 which puts the calcium in bones and teeth.

K2 also interacts with a number of blood thinners.

Look up the drug interaction guide for any medications you’re on and discuss it with your doctors.

I could be wrong, grey, but I am pretty sure it is K1 that interferes with blood thinners, not k2.

But, everyone should do their own research, not accept anything we post on the net as factual. A whole lot of misinformation out there!
