The provision would allow the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to fine companies $70,000 for not forcing employees to take the COVID vaccine, and escalate the fine to a staggering $700,000 for “willful” or “repeated” refusals to comply with the regime’s demands.......

I get Congress is giving them more authority to fine companies. But is it in OSHA’s authority to enforce Jab mandates on private companies? Wouldn’t the companies have to manufacture the COVID-19 virus before OSHA could step in to protect the workers from the effects from the virus. Kinda like protecting coal miners from effects on health and safety of the coal mines.
