He did not go after them and he refutes this.
He wants a jury trial I believe...
Speculation on major news events should be permitted, even when it isn’t pleasant.
But it sounds like his attorney, Norm Pattis, screwed up and/or screwed Alex by advising him not to produce the additional material requested.
Jones had a period a few years back where everything was a false flag complete with fake blood and crisis actors. Explosions, shootings, it didn’t matter. Everything was a FF. Sandy Hook is where he completely rolled off the rails.

Knowing what we know about the government, everyone should be cautious about condemning free speech. Yesterday’s conspiracies are rapidly becoming today’s reality. For God’s sake, at least give the man his day in court. This is Fascism plain and simple.
Really, ok then don’t listen to him, but there’s now way, if the 1st Amendment is respected and followed that Jones would lose this case, he did nothing illegal, he only spoke his opinion and you can agree or disagree with it, but he should not be disallowed to speak it.
