I don’t envy the police in dealing with these domestic violence cases. The abused party will too often claim that it was an accident or something like that and plead that everything is fine now. But if there are credible reports that one party was physically violent they should arrest the perp and let the courts sort it out. That at least provides cool down time.

But I wasn’t on the scene and neither was anyone else. It’s sure easy to condemn and make up fantasies about what occurred while sitting in the comfort of home.

We have the 911 call that he was hitting her. That was relayed to the cops twice. Cops on seen only discussed that witness saw her slapping him.

Ah, but we were all there when the cops pulled over Gabby's van in Moab.

Multiple police body cams were running when LEO first approach to the vehicle through the chummy Brian Laundry and cop fist bump at the hotel where Brian stayed. We even got to hear the cop telling Brian how much better his quality of life became after his own wife was medicated for anxiety. Watch the videos.
