Unfortunately, what many of us consider ‘common sense’ often doesn’t carry a lot of weight in a court of law. That’s why LE, lawyers, etc., look for factual evidence.

(You can work to change that, if you like; but I think it’s always been a pretty good system.)

You can save your babbling legalese for a kangaroo court. In this court of public opinion, your feeble attempts to strangle the discussion don't "carry a lot of weight." Better luck with a different topic.

Why do you use apostrophes instead of quotation marks?
