He's already wealthy. And he found leads that the police didn't so there's that.
As has been said, people are more likely to talk to him than police. Chapman doesn't have to reveal his sources, police do.

At best Walsh is/was a real-estate developer turned reality show host & as the story goes he was "boinking" his underage GF of 16 when he was 20(a felony)whoops. He married her and they later had Adam who was abducted from the Hlwd Fl Mall while she shopped and left him to play video games and was later beheaded by a drifter. The body was never found, just his head.Drifter confessed. Tragic for sure. Preventable, IMO yes. That is what started his career as a crime sleuth. I lived in Dania at the time and remember that story well as we all do who lived it daily on the news.

What's your proof? The Laundries were registered and were at the campground. Twice. That was even on the local news according to a friend in the area.

The truth is you don't know anymore about Chapmans leads than anyone else. You simply dislike him.
He is a master of disguise who uses the art of deception to sneak up on unsuspecting fugitives.

the leads were bogus because they were registered sept 3 and sept 8. Everyone already knew BL hadn’t run for the hills on Sept 11 when he was seen getting in the red truck. The video didn’t come from Chapman,that’s a strawman. I’ll agree that i don’t like him(Chapman) or respect him.
