Run 10 yards, belly flop, get up, repeat.
Same as up-downs, except the running is in place.
I’m sure glad so many cameras weren’t around when I was in college.

So, Iron City beer is a worthy rival of the infamous Brew102? Somebody brought a case when we were on a camping trip. We ended up using it to put the fire out.
Gavin, you got Feminazied! No stupid masculine behavior allowed here. We are all good little sheeple at this here University.
I think ‘catching a beer from a fan’ rather Minimizes Risk represented by the stunt. He was STANDING ON TOP of a MOVING school bus. To reiterate... The School Bus was IN MOTION and he was STANDING ON THE ROOF OF IT when he caught a beer from a fan. So Yeah That’s a Dangerous Stunt and really poor headline writing.
Catching a beer from a fan was not the primary issue.
Lone Star Bock is the only beer I’ve ever drank that they had to have actively make it that shite on purpose... there’s no way they made it, and said “VOILA! We have good beer, sell it!”. Absolutely NO way.
Maybe the school honchos never heard of Tim Rossovich, USC star, and his stunts, all pulled while remaining a fully installed team member.
Another thought:
What about the guy who tossed the player the beer?
Did anyone hear him say: “Hold my beer...!” to see what HE did?
I’ve heard of Brew 102 but nothing good and I have never tried it.
My first and only taste of Iron City beer was 1983. I had just graduated Army basic and was flying to AIT. They had it on the flight and I said, “Sure, I’ll try it.”
After 8 weeks of no beer, my first sip was not a good experience. I asked the flight attendant to please take this sh@t back and bring my ANYTHING else.
She brought back a Budweiser.
Back in the 70s when a 6 pack of 12oz Coors or Bud was $1.33, you could get a 6 pack of 16oz Brew102s for 89cents. It’s the worst beer in the world. I never had anything that bad in Vietnam or Japan or Taiwan or Tijuana or anywhere.
