"I, Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Long, MD, MPH, FS being duly sworn, depose and state as follows:

"1. I make this affidavit, as a whistle blower under the Military Whistleblower Protection Act, Title 10 U.S.C. § 1034, in support of the above referenced MOTION as expert testimony in support thereof."

The expert opinions expressed here are my own and arrived at from my persons, professional and educational experiences taken in context, where appropriate, by scientific data, publications, treatises, opinions, documents, reports and other information relevant to the subject matter and are not necessarily those of the Army or Department of Defense."

It is therefore my responsibility and that of every leaders to apply the steps of risk management to the current pandemic and countermeasures used. The CDC and the FDA are civilian agencies that do not have the mission of National Defense that the DOD has. Guidance and recommendations made by these civilian agencies must be filtered through strategic perspective of national defense and the potential risks recommendations may have on the health of the entire fighting force. Ensuring that the health of the fighting force is not compromised is a strategic imperative, for which every military physician is responsible to of the entire fighting force. In an information paper, it was stated that, “Unit personnel should use only as much force as necessary to assist medical personnel with immunizations.” The use of force to administer a medical treatment or therapy against the will of a mentally competent individual constitutes medical battery and universally violates medical ethics. Currently, I am not aware of the Comirnaty available within the DOD. Emergency Use Authorized vaccines, despite the attempt to characterize some of them as approved despite such approved versions not being available and regardless of a military member’s prior immunity to Covid 19; even where it may be demonstrated with a recent antibody test."

You and some others came out swinging against vaccines back in December 2020 and early Jan. 2021 and only took a recess to discuss Joe Biden’s ears and body doubles.

While Trump was still President, the life saving vaccine program he got us was being attacked.

I recall the Legendary Dr. Tenpenny saying in late Jan. I believe, in 3 months after the vaccine roll out, the bodies will be piling up from the vaccinated.
Then she had to move that goal post to 6 months.
Then she moved to this Fall, which is now upon us.

I have Never been on the sidelines.

I assisted in getting No mask mandates and no vaccine mandates added to the Budget Bill here in Michigan.

The idiot Governor said she’ll sign it but now might be trying to wiggle out.
Might be more work ahead. Who knows?

Well, anyway, Australia…………..the County I live in is extremely Red. Going back to March 16th, 2020 when Whitmer announced her forced mandates the Sheriff, all local Police depts. came out and declared they would not enforce them.

This is why local and State elections is very important. I believe the value of local politics has been forgotten in favor of National. (I just wanted to make that point)

Australia does in fact surprise me. Perhaps it shouldn’t.
Americans are by far more cunning and bold than our cousins down there.

I doubt the politicians here could pull off such a horrible stunt as they’re doing in Australia. But if they attempt it, we’ll shut it down, I’m quite convinced of that.

I’m glad the vaccines are a choice as they should be. I noticed some lawsuits now being filed against employers that require vaccinations. I really thought that would happen sooner but now it’s getting to through courts.

I think it was Delta Airlines that stopped their vaccine mandate because 40% of their employee are refusing. (Not sure if it was Delta.)
