My doc put me on a 1-a-day regimen of aspirin 12 years ago. Probably still alive today partially thanks to that. Of course if I accidentally cut myself I bleed like a stuck hog for a while.
You may be low on vitamin K-2 this was my problem as well. K-2 also helps to place and keep calcium in the right places where it belongs. Eating more broccoli and brussels sprouts along with taking K-2 vitamins solved the problem.
