You may be low on vitamin K-2 this was my problem as well. K-2 also helps to place and keep calcium in the right places where it belongs. Eating more broccoli and brussels sprouts along with taking K-2 vitamins solved the problem.

Thanks. I asked my doc about K2 not long ago and he advised against that. Having said that I will definitely up the anti on Brussel sprouts.
