"What is the rationale for only home players needing to be clot shot?"

I'm sure there are some legal reasons why SF can't force visiting players to be vaccinated. Honestly, I don't know why they didn't force this on everyone who entered a large indoor event in SF.

If they are entertainers in a covered venue, I don’t see why they can’t be included.
