Funny, but that word potential keeps coming up. An audit this hard needs actual and point out which were actually fraudulent.
With mail-in ballots it’s pretty much mimpossible to prove fraud unless someone comes out and admits that they filled out someone else’s ballot.
I don’t like the use of the word “potential” either. Doesn’t a forensic audit remove potential issues and confirm illegal issues?
