My nephews school has HEPA filtration, and his teacher keeps the classroom really cold(She says to prevent germs) heck I dont even know if that actually works but knock on wood my nephew has been in school officially 1 month and so far so good

Yes, keeping a room cool does cut down on the germs in the air. That is why they do it in the surgery room. However you can not learn very well if are so cold all you do is think of getting warm. Besides everything they are saying to do in the corporate / state media is a lie.
