Everything was probably in her name. That doesn’t change the fact that she obviously gave him free use of it all.
The charges were probably after she died.
As far as I am aware, the only actual charges issued have just came out Today.
Yes. By charges I was referring to charges made to the credit card.

The legal charges were issued today, and they appear to refer to credit account withdrawals that we assume took place after her death.
(But I still don’t know how all of that would stick in a court, given that their finances had probably been all mixed-up together, for a long time...)
As someone said earlier, it may be a ‘start’ to catching him - if he’s alive.
But who knows where it would go in a Court of Law?
They need actual evidence of his involvement in her death; other than that, this is - again - just a ‘start’.
