Indeed. There are many facts of this case that are unknown or not publicly released. Yet, in no way has Laundrie appeared to have handled himself well in the last month. He could be guilty of absolutely nothing, but his actions portray a very thoughtless man. Leaving his girlfriend thousands of miles from her home, regardless of what he knew of her condition is unforgivable to most decent people. And he left with her van!

If Brian had showed up in Gabby’s van without Gabby, the parents would have demanded how that happened. If he said she disappeared, they should have contacted her parents and authorities to report she was missing. If she experienced an accident, he should have contacted authorities that there was an accident. No! Brian drives her van from the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming to Florida and not telling anyone why he left her in the park. As sure as this is a homicide, the sky is blue.
