I got the same thing. I went directly to project veritas website https://www.projectveritas.com/ instead. If you click on the announcement you can sign up for email when video breaks Monday. I did so.

Many comments on YouTube ad mention same information as your post about the ‘scary’ warning.

The reason folks getting a 'security warning', is because the certificate on the website is mismatched for the website address. This is most likely a temporary problem that exists because Project Veritas hasn't completely validated ownership of that particular domain with their Certificate Authority. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. It's more a paperwork thing that happens when bringing new sites online. Here's what I show for the certificate:

OK, I received an email from Project Veritas. You should be getting one too if you haven’t already. I’m not sure what our protocol is for posting the email content unless someone chimes in if that is ok. Anyway, it includes a link to their Telegram channel. https://t.me/project_veritas There’s a link there to preview channel without joining Telegram. It goes to a teaser vid of tomorrow’s release. You can also view other Project Veritas content. I’ve never heard of Telegram so will do some research.
