Don’t the Marines have an amphibious division?? These things confuse me.
I know what Bristol fashion is though. Grew up with that hahahahahha and not hahahahahaha.
We would go water skiing, get out of the water and before you could get a towel, the ski had to be put away and the rope pulled in, in some fashion. Then you could grab a towel, THEN the next person could go in the water. THEN you’d grab the water ski that you JUST put away and you’d better toss it to the skier correctly all while holding the flag. Haha, do it bad and you lose your ski tossing job 😁
What it means is that Marines are now and always have been a proper part of the Naval Services - now get up that mast and Snipe like your asupposed ta
It’s also why you have those extra squirrelly things on top of your covers - so you don’t snipe the wrong fella.
