Dr. Ryan Cole suggested that those who are vitamin D deficient, which is most of North America in his experience, are more prone to catch and be very sick with covid and all flus. Maybe you’re not deficient and enjoy natural protection.

More info. I think it was gw who brought information about this to one of the Q threads months ago showing this idea has been real for years.
I take 4000iu a day of D3 plus k2 and the other supplements.
I did inventory on all of the covid precautions I am taking, minus the Ivermectin prevention that I am no longer doing.
Vitamin C-1000mg a day
Vitamin D3-4000iu a day
Vitamin K2-100mcg a day
Zinc/Quercetin-Zinc@22mg and Quercetin@800mg a day. It calls for two but that seems like a little much unless infected so I take one.
Magnesium Broad Sprectrum-120mg 2 a day
I have a little chest with Robitussin DM, cough drops, and asthma inhaler plus the prescription cough drop pills I got last year. I have Tylenol and low dose aspirin.
I have 13 tubes of Ivermectin put up just in case.
I have ordered the niacin for the niatonin prevention.
I asked the other day why I haven’t had covid yet when it’s been all around me. I’m not sure covid would survive in this body. I hope not anyway. My husband doesn’t know it yet but if he gets it he will taking this stuff too.
