I take a long acting pain medication and have to eat with it so it will metabolize properly. If I don’t eat, It seems to be less than 50% effective.
Sometimes I’m just not in the mood to eat when I’m in pain.
I found that a tablespoon of peanut butter is a good food source for such occasions.
