20 years ago the 11 year old boy would have been recognized as going through a phase and would have been allowed to grow out of it. Now he will be put on puberty blocking hormones and later castrated.
Refuse to click the story, but my first red flag is an 11 year old making some life altering decision. Um, no, there is a lot more going on. Just how long has this 11 year old been pondering this? And, is there a reason kids as little as ten years ago would have no conceivable idea about transgenderism, let alone anyone thinking this was any but a psychological medical emergency.

A couple weeks ago, I saw him post a picture of himself in a hospital gown on social media. “Finally getting my bottom surgery tomorrow!” He got hundreds of likes and congratulations and support. I just thought - he’s going to have his genitals carved up tomorrow, on purpose and liberals are celebrating and congratulating him.
A mutilated mess of a carved up sex organ does not change your gender and, of course, it won’t remove your depression.

Having a party, hanging a flag, talking about “pride” do not change anything. It’s still a mental disorder.
The kid could maybe be salvaged before cutting off his man parts.
I am pretty sure the marriage would be over, if my husband decided he was a woman one day.
