Actually, the Mayo Clinic study released late last month showed that after Delta became dominant the Moderna vaccine was still 76% effective (compared to an equivalent unvaccinated cohort’s experience) in preventing detectable infection and the Pfizer retained 42% efficacy. Both vaccines still largely prevented most hospitalizations and death cases.

The less than sterilizing immunity still means the vaccine is "leaky". As such, it will continue to provide natural selection pressure toward vaxx escape variants. The variant tree will continue to "bush out" as the virus works around the vaccinated population. Vaxxed or not, it is prudent to keep levels of vitamin C, D3, K2, zinc, magnesium, quercetin up to cover the ACE2 receptors and provide a hostile environment for replication. Dmitry Kats protocol adds flush niacin and melatonin at a 50:1 ratio to support mitochondrial function. 500 gm NAC will support glutathione levels. Good air circulation to avoid breathing other people's air will minimize exposure to significant viral loads.
