I’m guessing Minnesota’s numbers runs higher than expected because they offer some of the few ‘democrat run’ cities that aren’t hellholes.

And have you noticed how few lists of ‘the worst cities to live in’... are published? That would be because more of them are run by democrats.

For now - It is a constant complaint of many that they need to get to the Mall on Sunday in that area. Why anyone would want to go to the mall anymore is beyond me.
