Yes, I know two women who quit their jobs to become temps/travelling nurses. They more than doubled their pay.
If nurses quit en masse, government and health-care would so freak out, like some massive game of musical chairs with extra seats, not fewer, they would all be re-hired elsewhere at much higher salaries.
It's not going to help her if all hospitals require their employees or their contract employees to be vaccinated.
