An interesting situation. Effectively no job but they will not terminate her. So she is still an employee. If they do not separate her then they do not have to pay for earned benefits like unused paid time off. They also can’t call her a disgruntled former employee should she complain about it. If they finish the termination they must pay those benefits immediately, else a labor law violation.
Have you visited any large hospital lately? You will notice a good percentage of nurses are not born in America.
Terrible story. It seems like more doctors would be horrified by what’s going on and speaking up.
And, how come no one has done an expose on WHY many medical workers don’t want the shots? These are people who have been and are willingly exposed often to Covid-19 in their daily workspace yet they would rather quit than get the shots. It’s not like they can just go down the block and get another medical job while unvaccinated.
Why deny a PRIVATE corporation the right to make it’s own decisions? Even if the decisions are stupid? Bankruptcy happens all the time in corporate world. Government never goes bankrupt, they have the money printing machines. That is why I am against all health related gov’t mandates, especially Obamacare mandates.

contracts against public policy (like laws and regulations) are void. firings against public policy are illegal. demanding someone take an experimental “vaccine” to stay employed is against public policy. employees have a legal right to refuse experimental procedures. we shall see what happens....

Not only that, but it’s clear that the vaccines do not do anything to prevent transmission of the virus from vaccinated people to others.
I’m vaxxed so not a concern.
I have suspected that medical staff have refused treatment to people they thought were “expendable”. They sent people back to the nursing homes too early.
That’s is the kind of brave woman with guts and conviction that I’d want as a nurse for myself or my family!

I’m sure my grieving neighbors would feel so much better knowing you and your family are enjoying a cruise. Maybe you should send them a postcard.
My immediate family of 7 ranging in age from 28 to 81 are all vaxxed from 5-6 months back, and knock on wood, no one is sick with covid. I will be boarding a cruise ship tomorrow, and they require fully vaccinated PLUS negative PCR covid test done inside of 48 hours before sail time. Crossing my fingers the test results will be negative.

our local mega hospital has told employees that they plan on not raising wages because the pool is now the world market. So Entropy is correct.

Ever heard of CMS rules/regulations, that any healthcare company accepting federal monies must follow?
Some of these healthcare companies you call private are just waiting on the rule to implement, some are gleefully jumping out front, but the rules are coming and there is a mandate. FROM the government.
Unfortunately there is a chorus of Freepers that support giving away our jobs and sovereignty to third world invaders.
