Denmark is known for its Carlsberg beer and sweet dainty Danish pastry. And socialism.
There do not appear to be many if any malnourished in Denmark? Socialism failed and let them go hungry?
Denmark Annual Household Income per Capita reached 41,978.839 USD in Dec 2019,

Absolutely barbaric-—dolphins are highly intelligent. What, they have nothing else to eat there?

The Faroe Islands aren't in or near Denmark: they're way out in the North Atlantic above Britain, about half way to Iceland.
Like most places that are way out, imagine what the price of food and any items imported are, and the lack of job opportunities.
So hunting flipper can put a lot of food on the table and/or provide a lot of income.
It's like the harp seal hunts the St. Lawrence which provide up to 40% of those communities' yearly income.
The "activists" are mainly city dwellers imposing their views on a tiny, ethnically distinct rural minority.

Yup. Everyone go crazy because 1400 dolphins were killed for meat.
Meanwhile the Democrats think killing 1400 babies a day is a good start.

Faroe Islands average salary/income is 61K. Probably because they are very good at fishing.

They are in general considered a nuisance. They eat a lot of fish!
And, believe or not, they are tasty!
Definitely part of the Nordic culture.
Since Bernie loves this culture, maybe, instead of destroying healthcare, he could start with dolphin hunting!
