Her "personal diplomacy" allegedly played a big role in EU securing a mammoth 1.8bn dose deal with Pfizer then, according to NYT.
European Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly now wants to know the CONTENT of those messages after the Commission REFUSED to release them, saying it had NO RECORD of them:
"The decision to record a certain piece of information in the administration’s document management system should, according to EU law, not be dependent on the medium but on its content," O'Reilly wrote to the EC.
The body claim they don't always keep records of SMS text messages because they are "short-lived".

No, that's not how it works WH, if you don't mind me dipping my beak into this convo.
I didn't really bone up on what the details of this guy are or read his stuff, but just from the convo of the last few posts here....
Things like the religious theories of this guy (sounds like that Tom Hanks movie - Davinci Code), develops in a man's mind over a long period of time (ex: Jocko Manning). Much longer than Q has been on the scene.
Its much more likely that he folded his own particular theories into Q, rather than the other way around.
With Q, nobody started out with a neutral or blank mind. We all had our own personal thoughts first.
A Q inspired education cannot erase all of a man's belief systems, most certainly if they are religious. And no doubt the possibility of a 'Jesus and Mary bloodline' has absolutely nothing to do with the substance of Q information.
Expanding one's thinking and escaping the matrix is only intended to free the mind of indoctrination and 'wrong-thought', which was purposefully 'implanted' through a lifetime of lies by the true enemy. And to allow clear thinking and sight.
And that is my late night philosophizing two cents.
