I am sure the vax mandate will be overturned in courts or by the mass arrests, but one or the other will kill it. Techno Fog is great on legal analysis and knowledge. IMHO people who would be under the vax mandate should force their employers to fire them as I am sure they will be re-instated. Or the mandate may be overturned in not too long.

Is this the type of indictment that is issued to someone who is cooperating with the prosecution?
