I got the two Moderna shots back in Feb and Mar. I’m wondering what supplements make sense to take after getting the vaccine. I’m continuing Vit C & D3, Quercetin, NAC, and zinc.
The latest articles are about probiotics and lactoferrin. Probiotics may make sense in any event. I used them a couple years back before the doc found I had H Pylori.

Given what I’ve seen with the US medical establishment the past 18 months, I’ve become much more inclined to seriously listen to medical research out of India, Pakistan, Israel, Peru, Thailand, Nigeria and other countries. I don’t believe much of anything I read on CDC or NIH any more.
