Dont forget waking up at 3 in the morning to WAIT for the vegetables and meat deliveries that comes in early in the morning WHEN the prep cook doesnt show with no notice.

Brother and his wife both had full time well paying jobs and decided that they could not run the pizza shop full time to keep it a float without quitting their primary jobs that payed well and had great retirement benefits. The shop was closed and accounts settled. They are happily and comfortably retired now with no regrets and no pizza shop.
