This is labeled SATIRE in the headline on FR. I have seen the Delaware Ohio paper referenced at other sources without the satire caveat and went to that site and it does look like a genuine newspaper. The identification problem is that it could easily be true given all the things happening that are undoubtedly true.
I wish nonsense like this and the Bee were not mixed into the same format as actual postings. Put this onto the sidebar where the reader can click if that’s what they want.

So? Constitution provides for an Amendment process. The 16th Amendment was ratified. I don’t like it. I don’t think it was a good Amendment to add, but it was, and it is part of the Constitution.

By the way, if you want to be technical, none of the Bill of Rights were part of the “Original Constitution” either, that doesn’t make any of them less valid.
