If I was in a position where I was working for a company that required a vaccine and I really needed the job, I would have no qualms about coming down with all kinds of mental/emotional issues and pursuing a permanent disability claim.
How about telling you will get the shot if they agree you can sue the if there even the slightest ill effects. Have them sign the doc.
