Hydrogen peroxide also makes a mouthwash, but I don’t know if it’s as good at knocking out SARS-CoV-2. Dr. Mercola likes to use a nebulized (food grade) hydrogen peroxide. When he mentioned it to Dr. Zelenko in regards to COVID, Dr. Z didn’t respond in a way that would lead you to believe he’s a ‘fan’.

Trust me - 3% hydrogen peroxide up the nose feels like lava. And there is growing evidence that H peroxide kills a lot of the good cells so it is no longer recommended for abrasive wounds and cuts.

I have chronic severe sinusitis with enduring psuedomonas infection and have tried every conceivable antimicrobial up my nose to no avail.

Anosmic for 20 years and just recently are there others who understand what it is to lose 1.5 of your 5 senses.
