And honestly, any minority should feel insulted that these “educators” don’t think they’re capable of excellence. I would.
Somehow, the endless amount of things like this may make wypipo think they are in some way supremier to blacks. It will really manifest when parents start getting jailed for sending their kids to underground schools while connected demonrats continue to send their kids to lily white stratospherically expensive private schools. But one can’t account for human nature.
I lived in the Emerald People’s Republic for many years, mostly in the 1980s, and most of that time in the Willamette Valley, in Eugene and Dallas.
By far the most bigoted, nasty, and mean-spirited people I ever met were Oregon leftists. And that was 35 years ago. I can’t imagine how metastasized those attitudes have become.
On the other hand, I did gain an appreciation for Nancy’s Yogurt and Birkenstocks, so there’s that. My gardens were fabulous. Otherwise, my best experience was leaving.
So Oregon Public “Schools” will graduate ALL students at the top of the class, the class being Useful Idiocy.
And they’ll earn a 5.0

I remember the uproar in was it Salem, Oregon? years ago when the city announced plans to rename a street in the tony section of the place “Martin Luther King Avenue”. The phony rich liberals howled in opposition that it would be wonderful if a street in some poorer section of the city received Dr. King’s name but NOT their street.

You can check the ranking of the U. of Oregon, Oregon State, and Portland State, and none rank within the one-hundred highest rated schools in the USA. They could close all three and absolutely nothing would be lost and the state of Oregon would lose money thrown down a rat hole in higher education and in the cities of Eugene, Portland and Salem.
Once again “The Bell Curve” raises its ugly head.
