“ I am old enough to remember burning books was a sign of a sick society.”
Democrats do it figuratively and literally every day.

Fahrenheit 451. Assume that was one of the books they burned.

The Lefts control of the education system is paying off quite nicely for them. They’ve raised several generations now that believe communism , fascism, and totalitarianism are all preferred over liberty, freedom, free speech.

Canadian school board halts BOOK BURNING project aimed at ‘reconciliation’ amid controversy over adviser’s native roots
https://www.rt.com/news/534296-canada-book-burning-indigenous/
“”The book-burning story took an unexpected twist on Wednesday, with Radio Canada reporting that (Suzy) Kies might have not had the aboriginal roots she claimed to have. While Kies claimed that one of her parents was of aboriginal origin and one of European origin, the outlet cited civil status records suggesting that her father was born in Luxembourg and her mother was French.
Dominique Ritchot, a genealogical researcher cited by Radio Canada, concluded the “knowledge keeper” had “no aboriginal ancestors for at least seven generations.””
.
Just another fake virtue signaling prog wagging a finger at normal people demanding “obedience.”

This is why I am scouring thrift stores looking for used books.
When a local library pulled the Little House books because of *cultural sensitivity* issues, I decided then and there I was not getting rid of a single book I own.
Little House, of all things.
What tyrants.
