IO was stationed in Italy and one morning our commander told his Chief to let us know anyone not wearing the useless hard-toe boots he had got us would be getting an Article 15.

DoD couldn’t mandate a collective bowel movement in 5 days, let alone by 1000.

He is attempting to force it. I wouldn’t be surprised if at least one challenge is filed in court by the end othe day. A preliminary injunction should be in place before Monday.
They can’t file a lawsuit against something that doesn’t yet exist. Until the EO is signed, no lawsuits will be issued. I suspect he’ll sign the EO tonight at like 8 PM ET.
