“pantethine it is then “

it appears that actual pantetheine isn’t a stable compound, hence the pantethine form :

at any rate, thanks for posting this ... i’ve ordered some Jarrow pantethine and will be adding it to the Carlson’s concentrated EPA/DHA, and Jarrow Vitamin K2 MK-7 as part of a (hopefully) cardio-protective daily regimen ...

I agree 100%

I gave up wheat when I started having an itching reaction to ‘SOMETHING’, and after suffering for almost a year I discovered it was wheat, or whatever they are putting in it these days.

So while I am more WHEAT-free rather than gluten-free I still gave it up and have substantial benefits:

1) my stomach deflated like a balloon. I can now wear pants 2 inches smaller.

2) My heartburn went away. ALL of it.

3) My joint pain went away - completely. I rarely do, but the few time I ‘cheated’ I could barely walk, my hip joints became so inflamed.

4) I lost weight. A lot.

5) I have more energy than I have had in years.

6) I AM NO LONGER HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!!! Some days I forget if I have eaten that day.

7) My skin looks and feels so much better.

8) my swollen fee went away (early sign of diabetes)

I was reading up on it and some reports say wheat causes inflammation, and clogs up your system so you don
t absorb nutrients. So you are constantly hungry trying to get nutrition. That certainly seemed to be true for me.

So if you want to try it, just eat meat and vegetables and eggs and dairy for a month. Don’t cheat even once because you have to start all over.

I also added a significant amount of vitamin D, Magnesium, Niacin, Melatonin, and drink a ton of OJ or Grapefruit juice, and sour cherry and pomegranite juice.

Do not buy ‘gluten free’ products- they are a huge waste of money and taste horrible. Except for the breakfast muffins at Denny’s (some of the cheese-based gluten-free bread mixes are good too)

Snack on slices of turkey, cheese and pepperoni, potato chips (I eat bags of them and still lose weight)

Great for you! I always forget to eat. Gotta force myself. I’t almost noon and I haven’t had brekkie yet.

Eat grassfed beef once a week, pasture raised chicken once a week and 4 - 6 pasture raised eggs/week. Tiny b it of pasture-raised butter and organic olive oil. I’m fine with veggie burgers as long as they have no wheat or gluten. Don’t like soy.

My cat eats only Nutro cat food, Chicken and Brown Rice, No GMO’s. She loves it even more than her cat cans.

She was once on a more expensive brand recommended by my vet, Royal Canin, but it has GMOs and is made in China. So we switched. Vet said fine, as long as it has grain, which cats need. Organic Brown Rice is her new grain and it’s made in Tennessee. Amazingly inexpensive at Petco. I feed it to our local big handsome stray too.
