Something similar happened to me. In addition, the mechanic attached several tubes incorrectly. I called Walmart, and was essentially told I was lying. That was 10 years ago.
I don’t shop at Walmart anymore.
Walmart is okay for stuff but not their auto service people/managers. I did however receive money to have my engine compartment cleaned.
