I wish I could post the full text in text format. In the court case it says "over the course of decades, the defendants established a lucrative but sociopath enterprise, where the defendants engaged in decades of human trafficking, sexual assaults and various abuses including financial and economic exploitation, drugging for abduction."
The defendants listed include Walt Disney Company, New York Police Department, Sony.
Thanks for posting this.
Epstein didn’t kill himself.
wut?
Huge if true.
the city of new yok is a defendant also...
this is getting interesting
Funny that Wikipedia doesn’t mention this in their article about Parkwood Entertainment. I guess they’re too busy on articles about the misogyny of the Texas governor and legislature.
Deep pockets to pay stiff fines to make this all go away. Who is in charge of NYSD?
This is just a civil suit by Charlene Latham, who also made false claims about Trump being involved with Epstein. She’s a cuckoo.
Seems like a weird thing for two mega-wealthy men to do when they could have almost any woman they wanted at the time. I'm sure if I heard it explained it might make more sense. And I absolutely do NOT believe Epstein killed himself.
Why post this? Another example of nonsensical filings by an in forma pauperis plaintiff. The complaint was dismissed as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i).
Anyone can sue anyone for anything. The question is, can you win your case?
That’s SDNY for you.
david boies...
Seriously? Well if you are correct then we know where this is going. Like that Netflix series on Epstein, they will try to blame Trump for Epstein somehow. That Netflix series was downright dishonest to say politely.
I thought SDNY stood for Sanitation Department New York. Like FDNY is the fire department.
