Congress would have to vote to nullify the results of the 2020 election based on the revealed facts. The states concerned would have to decertify first and have the COngressional delegates introcuce a Bill to decertify the election.
The decertfication would nullify all laws and executove orders signed by the bogus Biden administration.
For all that to happen, Republicans absent RINOS need to control both the Senate and the House.
If even one state demonstrates massive fraud, the whole house of cards come tumbling down. Just one. Hence the panic
